Our recruitment process is efficient. Upon receiving original demand documents from clients, interviews are organized within 7–10 days.

Document Collection
The following original documents are required for any recruitment from Nepal.
- Demand Letter
- Power of Attorney
- Agency Contract (Agreement) Paper
- Employment Contract (Agreement) Paper
- Guarantee Letter
- Consulate Authorization Letter (Wakala) (For KSA Only)
- Visa Slip (For KSA Only)

Verification of Documents
Upon receiving recruitment documents from employers, we seek approval from the HMG Ministry of Labor. They may contact you directly for verification, and we kindly request your cooperation during this process -
Interview Process
- Day 01: Advertise in authorized newspapers.
- Day 05: Pre-screen suitable candidates.
- Day 08: Conduct final interviews and trade tests (if applicable).

Medical Check up
All selected candidates undergo medical fitness tests at authorized centers -
Visa Processes
Only medically fit and travel-ready candidates undergo visa processing -
Mobilization
Upon receiving visas, we dispatch candidates within 7–14 days. For Saudi Arabia, deployment typically takes 25–35 days from the receipt of original visa documents
